In my degree project, I have developed a design proposal for Fridhemsplan metro station\u2019s green line. A place that, to me, feels unsafe, inhospitable, and forgotten.<\/p>\n
During my education at Konstfack, I have often worked with the ambivalence surrounding human interpretations, such as in scenography and biomimicry – tools that have the greatest impact when they are most discreet.<\/p>\n
In my degree project, I want to make the subway station feel safe and hospitable. I want the station to become a place where you are invited to pause and wait. I, therefore, chose to work with abstractions of nature, an environment that has always made a good impression on me, and translate that into a spatial context, not to depict it but to mediate it.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
