With used materials, I have created a modular system for the everyday bag that promotes circularity and sustainable design. The modular bag system enables personalized products, where the user can choose different types of bag parts, modules, based on several factors, such as need, preference, and occasion.

The modules are made from used textiles that otherwise would be thrown away. Because why use raw materials when plenty of materials have already been produced and can continue to be used? Reusing textiles opens new possibilities in technology and aesthetics that are not typically used and can provide equally sustainable results, if not more.

Modularity simplifies the product’s adaptation, upgrading, and repair, allowing for an extended lifespan of the whole product. In its final stage, the parts can be submitted for recycling, leading to a possible circular economy. This system offers a durable, aesthetically pleasing personal bag that helps organize your everyday belongings.
