Motivation, motivation, motivation. The teacher’s responsibility and the students’ future. Knowledge is power and learning is lustful.

But what happens when learning isn’t lustful? When motivation is absent?

In my degree project I explore what strategies a teacher can use to promote students’ inner motivation, and what approach is necessary to make a curious and independent attitude towards learning. Gamification is a starting point in my work, but motivation is the essence.

My study ends with this personality test, which illustrates how motivation can work differently for different people. My ambition is to make the exhibition’s visitors aware about how motivation tends to work for them.
